Rusty is a sweet gelding that was adopted but sent back to us a couple years later because he developed a sudden bucking habit. We discovered that Rusty had an active stomach ulcer that caused him significant pain while being ridden. He?s been treated for his ulcer but not scheduled to go back into training evaluation until late summer.
Rusty has had extensive training and has even done well at local horse shows. However, with this behavior we are only comfortable adopting him out as a companion horse or to a person with extensive experience training horses.
